Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor office supply levels and replenish when necessary
- Answering incoming calls and enquiries professionally
- Attend to guest or walk-in enquiry with care and assist in setting up meeting venue
- Responsible for day-to-day office administrative matters
- Occasionally provide operational support to other departments
- Perform ad hoc task assigned by the management
Requirements
- Possess Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business related qualifications
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experiences in related field. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply for this position.
- Fluency in English communication
