Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage employee’s payroll using the company payroll system
- Maintain and upkeep latest employee data and profile
- Make the lead in talent acquisition according to meet the headcount requirement
- Keep an eye on the local human resource regulatory changes and report to the management
- Conduct periodical review on HR policies and proposed amendment to the management
- Monitor the discipline among employees and to take disciplinary actions when necessary
- Perform ad hoc task assigned by the management
Requirements
- Possess Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business or Human Resource related qualifications
- At least 2 years of working experiences in related field.
- Fluency in English communication
